The breakfast had good options for both savoury and sweet tastes. the staff was always attentive. I found that very helpful. i enjoyed the massage i got. The masseuse was very professional.
the gym was not properly maintained i noticed. there were no fresh towels available there. i found the temperature inside the gym uncomfortably high.

The staff was attentive. I found them always ready to assist with requests. Breakfast offered a decent buffet with multiple choices. The location suited me, being a short walk from the central square.
I noticed the floors in the bathroom became quite slippery when wet. This posed a safety concern. The underground parking had limited spaces. I struggled to find parking at times.

The staff were very helpful, attentive, and accommodating.
The room was quite noisy so it was difficult to sleep. The pool generally needs more maintenance. Also the room was smaller than advertised.

EXCELLENT stay
nice breakfast good location
The breakfast was very NICE. The swimming pool and sauna were excellent. Staff were always ready to help with parking the car and check-in. The location near the city center had many bars and restaurants.

My room included air conditioning that was adjustable. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I particularly like how the hotel is near the Grand Mosque and a modern shopping center with stores.

solid stay!
friendly staff good selection indoor pool
I was charmed by the overall service. the staff was very friendly and helped with all requests promptly. the breakfast had a good selection of items and was always fresh. i especially liked the indoor pool area. It was clean and relaxing.
the gym's limited equipment was a bit disappointing though! i wanted to do a full workout but the selection was not quite enough.

fresh juice helpful staff durable slippers thick bathrobe
The hotel features a gym. It has several machines. I remember the breakfast buffet having many options. I especially liked the fresh orange juice. I found friendly staff, Rose was very helpful. Hotel slippers felt durable. There were thick towels and bathrobes in the bathroom.
I noticed the air conditioner was not working, so I couldn't adjust the temperature.

The hotel provided both a swimming pool plus a sauna. These facilities seemed well maintained. The central location was ideal. I was near main attractions.
